After application of XADO® component surface has:
- hardness
greater than original - up to the 750 kg/mm2
(steel is - 55-65 kg/mm2, or with
2% Cr – 180 kg/mm2 )
- compression stress resistance up to 250 kg/mm2
- decreased friction and micro-roughens < Ra=0.06 µk
- improved corrosion resistance
- operation life up to 2 – 4 times longer than the new one
XADO® compound could be added to the oil lubricant, during the regular engine (gas or diesel) oil change or while lubricating the mechanisms. Energy released by friction of mechanical parts creates condition for building metal-ceramic surface and diffusion of ceramic into the metal structure, on the each side of the metal to metal contact.
HOW IS BUILD-UP OF CERAMIC SURFACE CONTROLLED?
The process of metal-ceramic build-up is self-regulated. New metal-ceramic layer has increased hardness and significantly decreased friction. Decreased friction decreases release of energy needed for the process until the point that build-up is completely stopped.
