XADO® technology
is a metallurgical process. Although lubricants are used
as delivery vessels XADO® does not affect neither physical
properties nor chemical composition of the lubricant. XADO® IS
NOT A LUBRICANT ADDITIVE. |
XADO® technology
contributes to commitments of the Kyoto agreement (signed
by Canada and a number of countries) by reducing:
· Energy losses (lower friction and increased compression of diesel and
gas engines, reduces consumption of oil and gas)
· Green gases and pollutant emission

| PROBLEM: |
| |
| As
soon as a mechanism goes into operation, it begins to wear out. Heat
and friction strip metal particles from load surfaces and parts wear
out. Mass produced parts cannot be made to exact tolerances which
adds to the problem. |
 |
| |
| SOLUTION: |
| |
| Xado
engineers have learned how to use friction energy to grow a crystal
lattice of "cermet" (ceramic / metallic). This is an absolutely
new technology which allows moving parts to be repaired while in
place and revitalized. The usual "metal to metal" friction
pair is replaced by an incomparably more durable "cermet to
cermet" combination. |

XADO® compound
could be added to the oil lubricant, during the regular engine
(gas or diesel) oil change or while lubricating the mechanisms.
Energy released by friction of mechanical parts creates condition
for building metal-ceramic surface on each side of the metal to
metal contact area.
Composition
of XADO® products depends on the sphere of application and differs
by carrier type, concentration and method of treatment. Special gel
and grease have been developed as a vehicle of XADO® compound. |
